Discovering massage in my teens and yoga in my twenties, I experienced the many benefits first-hand from both practices. I loved the feeling I got from a great massage or an amazing yoga class. I also quickly realised how good it felt to help people.

 

I trained with many influential and inspirational bodywork and yoga teachers and I am continually challenging myself with continued practice and learning.
